This category is for special license tag templates and symbols, which are to be used only on a very particular kind of files. Among their purpose is to enable the uploaders to quickly find which files they uploaded in some particular cases (e.g. collections of pictures).
They should not be used, and therefore not be usable by other people (which means they should not be linked in MediaWiki:Licenses).
