Active on the danish Scoutwiki, as well as the danish Wikipedia. 61 years old and still in a center camp staff.
My aim here is to bring the files in some sort of order. I spent most of summer 2020 kategorizing all unkategorized files.
There are still some biig categories, especially like:
that could need a helping hand. I find it of NO value to move the files to a subfolder. Please just give them a category more like 'logos from (XX country). Then you can search the specific category if you want a logo from somewhere, and still we have the whole bunch to browse if you have a logo of something, you need to know where belongs. Then you dont need to browse 109 categories in your search.
And still we have some categories that need a helping hand. Some files have just been moved to the country they are related to, waiting for a countryman to sort further out.
If we want a uniform structure, we could try this
- Category:XX Country
- Books from XX (cat still in cat:Litterature)
- People from XX (cat still in cat:People by country)
- Scouting organisations from XX (cat still in cat:
- Magazines from XX (cat still in cat:Magazines)
- Flags from XX (cat still in cat:Flags)
- Badges from XX (cat still in cat:Badges by country)
- etc.
