This page allows you to upload files (such as images and audio files) on the ScoutMedia web server, in order to include them in the articles of the different ScoutWikies.

In order to help ScoutWiki to work, you're requested to copy only files you're allowed to do so. Please read Wikimedia Commons' page about licensing.

To view or search previously uploaded images go to the list of uploaded files, uploads and deletions are also logged in the upload log.

Nuvola apps filetypes.svg How to use the files ?

Nuvola apps package graphics.svg

To use an image in a page page, do as follow :

  • [[Image:file.jpg]] for a single image,
  • [[Image:file.png|thumb|250px|legend]] for an image in a 250px width frame with a legend.


Sound.svg

To use an audio file, do as follow :

  • [[Media:file.ogg]] to simply create a link to the file,
  • <mp3>file.mp3</mp3> to include an .mp3 player on the page.

Please, copy only files you want to use!

Stock desktop.svg Describe your files!

Description of your files is compulsory. The law requests the author of the file to be mentionned, as well as its origin and the license allowing its diffusion. Mention of :

  • the Source is compulsory, that's the origin of the file : name of a book, url of a website, own work...
  • the Author is compulsory. If it's your own work, you may sign using ~~~
